Hi,
You can get them rebuilt by specialists, sometimes it works out cheaper, and I've not tried it for a RR but I did on my Scoobies and they worked out about a 3rd the price of new ones, plus I could tailor to my specific needs, but they were special units £600+ each.
It's basically down to corrosion, if your towers are rusty and crap condition, or bent you best just throw them away, but if your towers are good and your just seeing excess leaks or just for peace of mind you might make a good saving on rebuilding,
Bilstein offer a similar service @ https://www.bilstein-shocks.co.uk/pages/bilstein-rebuild-service
I've not tried them myself, so I have no idea of the actual costs for the rears by Blilstein or even if they'd take it on, but maybe worth someone dipping their toe.
Fronts I am not sure as they're not Bilstein but maybe they could. I've left them a post for a price for rears, I'll let you know what they come back with.
