I've used them for years via Dan and then Robin for parts, obvisiously the big advantge of them was the FullfatRR discount. However, since Robin has gone they seem to have gone down hill. Is the forum looking at anyone else to provide discounts and parts to memebers as it was a useful tie up to have and i've found it really frustrating via Duckworth since ie no calls back, emails not answered, inexpereinced people who can't find the right parts etc. If the forum is not looking elsewhere, can we have a contact for someone who's expereinced and actually emails and calls back?
