Took my L405AB in for an interim oil change and a look at a couple of (extended) warranty issues (cabin preheater stopped working and SIM card reader not reading SIM) and all was good. Will have to rebook at a convenient time to fix the warranty issues but they are diagnosed and ready to fix.
Cant complain with the service once again, the service dude, a chap called Neil was pleasant to deal with and a nice chap to boot.
I accept my dealings with them weren't too contentious but each time I have been it has been perfectly acceptable.
Ive asked for a Defender loan car when it goes in for service so will see how that shapes up. Mrs S would rather like to upgrade her Evoque to a Defender so it would be great to try one out for a couple of days. First time FFRR owner
