Replacing high pressure air con pipe | |
Evening all,
I've got the classic case of no air con and, even with the windows down, it can get a bit toasty... I went to get it gassed, nope, leak. I've managed to get the leak diagnosed which is coming from the pipe that contains the refrigerant sensor and the high pressure valve - part no LR010889.
Now from the diagrams and having a look myself it looks like two bolts, one to the condenser and one to the evaporator... seems simple right?
Hopefully it is a straight-forward in and out job, just like every weekend... working on the landy, of course but any tips from those having done it previously or am I giving it too much thought and it'll be a routine job?
NB - system is empty as confirmed from the garage, safe to work on.
Cheers in advance,
