Steering or suspension issue?

I recently replaced both front wheel bearings (complete new hub unit) and inner and outer track rods for an alignment as the old ones were seized.
After an alignment the steering was straight but didn't feel right, so I had a Hunter alignment done.
The results were a little better but the steering still tugs over bumps and when I get near to full right lock it will turn on its own to full lock and won't self center.
I have now replaced all control arms and disconnect the antiroll bar to see if it made a difference but no change.
While experimenting today, I noticed on full right lock in off road height, it went into extended mode and was reluctant to come back down to normal.

I've completely drawn a blank so any ideas would be great.

Thanks everyone!

Did you calibrate the suspension height using a GAP IID tool or similar after changing the arms? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Thank you! I completely forgot about the calibration.
