Usually there is oxidization of the pipe under the bracket |

Hello, found this tread as I have a PS fluid leak in the same place, turns out I have a hairline crack in the alloy pipe circled below for the oil cooler after inspection - dried the area and then turned the wheel to see what was what - slight drip.
