United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Santorini Black
In a position to buy.

So now I'm in a financial position to buy me a new L322. Ideally and my itch I want seriously scratch is for a supercharged but not any supercharged, I'm going to be very very very very fussy in what I want and not any old piece of junk. I have been looking for weeks and nothing really stands out, been looking on all usual sites but to no avail in what I want. It must have impeccable service and maintenance history, I would rather not have black or silver (why are they all black and silver?), must be in excellent condition, 2010 model and above and with rear entertainment.
Now, as a last resort I would possibly consider a 4.4 tdv8 Westminster or vogue se if it is fitted with extra options, again I'd rather not black or silver but this is very rare in finding other colours. I have a seen a black (eurgh) vogue se 4.4 2011 overfinch that I actually like the look of and not too far away that has been very well cared for indeed. There's also a 4.4 vogue se in a gorgeous blue colour that's catching my eye for sale in Nuneaton, again well cared for and service record.
But a supercharged is still my ultimate dream. Am I being to fussy? Why can't I find the right one that I want? Is anyone on here thinking of selling one anytime soon? Seems like I'm looking for the impossible.

You will prob know this already, but I believe the Supercharged are autobiography spec. The Westminster sits between Vogue and Vogue SE spec wise, though it does have the Logic 7 HD hifi as standard. Good luck with your search. I’ve never been in a Supercharged but in my 9th year with my 4.4.

No I didn't actually know that mj. And thanks, hopefully something will come my way in form of a supercharged. But like many on here, they all say go for the 4.4 for the better engine and gearbox. I don't drive into ulez zones so I'm not worried. What I do find quite exciting though, is how cheap diesel fatty's are these days, obviously ulez has a big part to play in that which is why as a last resort I would have a 4.4.

Is that right? My 2008 S/C doesn't have the leather headlining. I thought that was Autobiography spec. ---------------------------------

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Barolo Black

These cars are now coming up to 14 years old so to find 1 or even 2 owners it's getting harder to find. The more owners its had the less money they paid for it and so will probably maintain it on the cheep. If only pay a few grand for a car most people would not take it to a main dealer to have it serviced but if you have just paid a good wedge of cash you probably would.
I would go for the super charged. With my man maths I reasoned that I would spend more money on diesel related problems, like turbos, clogged inlet manifolds, EGR valves etc than I would on petrol vs diesel price at the pump. Thumbs Up 2010 RR Autobiography 5.0 SC

I think it's just the 2010 5.0 onwards that came in Autobiography spec. 2010 RR Autobiography 5.0 SC

Yes, as above, was referring to 5.0 not 4.2SC.

I uploaded specs and options a while ago, that are in the Wiki.

I seen some 5.0 supercharged ones that had less options fitted, i.e cooled seats, rear entertainment etc etc. Was they optional extras?

Rear seat entertainment was a £2450 option across all trim levels. Cooled front seats standard on VSE and AB.

I know of an excellent 2012 Vogue SE in Buckingham Blue with black interior and privacy. Shropshire way. Family connection which I assisted in purchase and maintenance. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

FWIW Simon my MY07 4.2SC was an AB (as I believe they all were) and was fully loaded. I was surprised that quite a bit of kit was dropped from std by time I got my '12 5.0. Mine did have the cooled seats and even the body kit (that I wouldn't recommend if you tow) but no RSE. Mike - MPx
