I agree reverse lighting is not good. I have made a bracket that holds a mini light bar that inserts into the fixed tow bar receiver and connects to the tow plug. Obviously works well when not towing, is removable and doesn’t reduce the departure angle. |

I've pondered this too but yet to take action. I think a solution is one of those brackets that holds two LED cubes onto the tow shaft - you can find many on Amazon. Being a range rover, I'd get a pro auto electrician to wire it up.

If it's mainly a problem when reversing onto a drive, what about a couple of LED sensor lights? I've got 2 down the side of the house with solar panels on the top, they weren't expensive and are still going strong after about 5 years.

Do the later facelift rear lights work better? |

I don't think so as it is what I have. I know and have used the brake light to light up behind better.

I fitted a strip led light but have since damaged it and need another cover, the lights ok but snapped the clips on the cover.
