Cannot give a definitative answer to your question but if you did a 4 wheel lift normally with pressure in the bags the suspension would droop to its lowest position normally so I would assume exactly the same would occur if you reinflated in your current mode.

Yep, it'll be fine - BUT, don't expect the car to support itself as all it will do is inflate the bags to the gallery pressure, once the load is on the air suspension it will drop to the bump stops. When we do this on a lift, we inflate, then introduce some (i.e.) not full load by lowering the vehicle onto axle stands or wheels, allow the suspension to re-level, then carry on doing whatever else needs to be done. |

I just did my fronts - all arms and joints. I posted yesterday about the tool/method I used to remove the ball joints in the knuckle if you are interested.
