That looks a nice set up to pull the ball joint out.
It's nice to have a fully kitted out workshop !
From the many posts others have made about what can be a nightmare of a job, I think I remember somebody did something similar & pulled the "knuckle" out of the ball joint housing.
However, even then, you're no worse off & can probably attack the housing better when you've got nothing inside to resist an attack from above.
We probably need you making us all more special tools - there's always demand - lol Paul,
