What is the concern / symptoms?
The U codes can be caused by hardware issues so address those first. P0814-01 is a detected hardware fault, if there is no specific malfunction or concern, clear the codes down, drive for a while and see what comes back.
Many vehicles will detect transient 'faults' that are transparent to the driver, if there is no noticeable defect or reduction in capability / performance of systems, don't worry about it.

I’ve tried to clear the codes but they are persistent little Censored the engine and box pulls well even with almost two hundred bricks in the boot and two bags of cement. I was more curious 🧐

Have you tried changing high to low range & back again? does the range indicator illuminate?
