Don't know about where but once you have one and if you have a GAP IID Bluetooth then you can code it yourself.

I hope you have deep pockets! Depending on which main dealer you talk to, some will claim they must replace your keyless vehicle module also (absolute nonsense). So, the quote will range from £650 to a smidge over £1,000. A good mobile auto locksmith (just search Google for people near you) will do one for £250 (seems a standard price whoever you use). They probably won't use a genuine key shell or chrome/metal bezel though, but they're straightforward to change over to a real one (genuine shells are around £50).
