Hi, I have a CTEK MXS-5 in my garage on the wall, connected to a quick-release socket mounted in the front grille. CTEK do a range of QR accessories to make it simple to set this up. I fished the cable through using duct tape and bicycle outer gear cable, took 2mins:

Better to have the charger indoors, -safer and more secure.

I wonder how long until some one comes up with electromagnetic induction to keep a car battery topped up, just drive onto an inductive coupling and away you go.... Pete
