Dealership are now saying the SOTA is failing because of the additional immobiliser and are saying it has to be removed. It is a condition of my insurance and it being fitted was agreed before purchase. letters not necessarily in the right order |

Ask them if they unhooked the battery under the drivers seat (which is difficult to get at so the may not have done so) and fully reset the system. This is what the LR Assist man said to do.

Yes. I have used the same systems on several RR’s and other marques without an issue. The guy I use to fit them is a professional with years of experience with most high-end vehicles including supercars.

Mine randomly decided to update itself last night after multiple fails over the last week or so. And the 3rd-party immobiliser was definitely switched on while it was updating. I’m on version 3.3.3 now. MY23 D350 HSE
