Sdv8 acceleration issue

Hi all. Thank you for this excellent forum. Well done.
I will explain my problem to you hoping that the translation is correct!
My parents' Range-Rover is a sdv8 4.4 from 2013, and it has 110000 kms. (70000 miles). It is serviced at Land-Rover. One of the two turbos was replaced a year ago (passenger side for me but driver side for you!) The vehicle drives most often in the city.
The car works very well but if you accelerate hard, as if you wanted to overtake a car, the range breaks down and says "limited performance". If the ignition is switched off and the engine is restarted, the fault is erased. The fault code indicates "turbo solenoid"
The garage checked by changing the parts with another car:
1/ butterfly box
2/All intake system sensors
3/Intake circuit leaks
4/Pneumatic leak turbo hose
5/Turbo Solenoid
But the problem is always the same. (I hope the turbo isn't broken)
I don't want to bother you but if anyone among you has had the same problem or if anyone has an idea, I'm ready to listen!

Does it have the extra section of wiring harness that fits between the block and the original wiring connector? The harness is supposed to prevent oil migration from the sump along the wires to the turbo electronics. N375 is the code for the service bulletin to fit the short harness.

Have the 4 short hoses between the air intake and the left and right manifolds been checked for leaks?

What fault codes are logged for the engine?

Thank you very much for this response. This actuator problem is known on this forum. I called the garage. The workshop manager told me that to check if the actuator is moving correctly, you have to take out the turbo. Do you think he's right?

Hello and thank you for your message.
I have seen posts on this forum for wiring problems and oil leaking on the electronics. This is not easy to translate into French. I will ask for the fault code and I will give it to you (it seems to me that the garage told me that the fault code is turbo solenoid)
They put smoke in the intake and there is no leak.
Today they sent the file to land rover Europe service for complicated faults, so we are waiting for a response. The car is in a Land Rover dealership.

Good evening, I made a mistake in my first message last year, and for the same fault code, the Land Rover garage changed the LH turbo (i.e. driver's side for the French)

Good morning,
My parents collected the car which is perfectly repaired.
The workshop manager says: there was a leak in a pneumatic hose and carbon was blocking the actuator. They were able to repair it without removing the turbo.
A year ago, the Land Rover garage replaced the turbo LR049588 and the pneumatic network LR076025. (Unfortunately I now think the turbo wasn't broken)
Thank you all for this forum, I will continue to read a lot. I will show my parents how to rev the engine over 2500 rpm at least once every two weeks.
