ABS fuse keeps blowing up

Hi all,
My 2011 4.4 TDV8 has started acting up - Christmas tree style.
I grabbed the faults with IID, and this is what came up:

After looking around on the forum, I found a post that mentions a similar set of faults. Some fellows pointed to a possible corrosion issue on the ABS module ground wire. I gave it a good brush, but it didn't help.
I also completely disconnected the ABS module, looking for any issues with the connector. There was no corrosion or dirt whatsoever in there.

After some more digging, I found that fuse FA4 (10A) in the engine compartment fuse box was blown. I replaced it and all the faults went away.

The car idles just fine, and the fuse holds up. I can enable special driving programs, HDC and change the suspension hight.
However, as soon as the car starts moving, the fuse blows again. I'm talking about a distance of maybe 10 meters at most.

Do you have any ideas on where I should look next?

Possibly relevant information:
1) Although I'm not able to reproduce it at this point, I tested driving it with the ABS module connector unplugged, and the fuse still blew up. I could swear I saw it happen twice, but I might be getting a bit paranoid/confused at this point.
2) This issue happened immediately after I power washed the vehicle (though not the engine bay).
3) A couple of weeks ago, the vehicle's gearbox was serviced by a professional. Changed the gearbox oi, filter, etc. I've done over 1000 km after this maintenance was done with no issues at all.

Then it will be a component connected to the same circuit and in the same group - yaw rate or steering angle sensor for instance. Check the wiring diagram to see what else the fuse also supplies.

According to the wiring schematic that fuse only supplies the ABS module. I would look for chaffed wires between the aux fuse box and the ABS module on a loom section that can move. The bundle is 1.5M long.

PS. I recently found that the cause of intermittent park brake errors, initially after driving through puddles but then even when dry that started a couple of years ago was a wire near the park brake module had rubbed and worn through the insulation. I hadn't properly secured the harness when I retro-fitted an e-diff about 6 years ago.

can you please point me to the wiring schematics?
the one iโ€™ve found doesnโ€™t seem to include the engine bay fuse box or this particular ABS fuse (FA4/10A)โ€ฆ

GraemeS, do you know if there is a relay for the ABS module?
if so, where is it located?
i can see one in this[1] diagram, but im not sure where this is or even if this applies to this specific vehicle model (2011 TDV8).

The wiring schematic doesn't show any relays between the fuse and the ABS module.

You stated that FA4 was blowing as soon as the vehicle moves but not before it moves, even with the ABS connector unplugged. As the wire only goes to the ABS unit, the only possible cause is a short circuit in the wiring harness between the fuse and the ABS connector.

You will need to trace the harness looking for anywhere it can rub, probably best starting at the ABS end.
