Figure out if its been remapped?

Hello,

anyway to do this?

am told by a previous mechanic they remapped it for his mother in law but am not sure exactly what was done, whether they messed with the EGR or anything like that.

claimed 400bhp Laughing

the way the gearbox thuds at 177k that maybe true. Its actually a sport Sad

Try timing 0-60 on a 'dyno' phone app. Some remaps increase the torque significantly (and the way it loads up) which is the main issue with the drivetrain rather than HP. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Assume it is remapped and get it returned to stock if you are having gearbox issues and want to prolong it's life. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Fluid change and software update can help but depends on the severity of the harsh changes. Also if it's a crude remap it won't play well with the gearbox programing. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

had a full flush recently thanks to Bodsy.

I haven't touched anything else.

I wonder if its worth resetting the clutch adaptions(not the full adaptations)

but tbh its not end of the world, its just a slight thud when getting into Drive. While driving tis pretty smooth. Its actually a sport Sad

If its just a thud when putting into drive I'd suspect one of the several prop shaft joints, had the same on a Nissan Navara, it was the rear prop shaft U/J, later the same when a front prop shaft U/J spat the dummy out.
