Best guess would be £2-3k if staying same colour, £3-4k if colour change.

The only way to get any idea is to get a quote from someone who has seen it and understands exactly what you want, a respray means many different things to different people.

Stick with Portofino red and post plenty of pictures .

I’m really not a fan of red, but maybe because it’s very faded and scabby.

They did other shades of red over the years, but mine was 100% definitely Portofino Red.

Its weird, I've just had a look at some old colour charts, they did a Trocadero Red (Met) and Portofino Red (Solid), Trocadero looks closer to Mikes car but isn't, Portofino looks closer to the OP's car and Ardennes Green on the colour chart looks nothing like it, my LSE's is Ardennes Green.

I had a quote of £2.5k assuming I stripped down the car (taking off lights trims grilles bumper etc - all very easy to do).

This was in the brochure that came with my 92 lse. Says portofino is a solid and trocadero is micatalic
