United Kingdom 2017 Range Rover Vogue TDV6 Corris Grey

All very true, in fact I’ve sworn by such things for decades on company lease cars Whistle Laughing

But not on my very fine & lovely FFRR, of course! Shocked “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

Thats excellent who are you with? Thumbs Up

A very nice man who visited my house to do the work. I'm up in Cheshire though so afraid i can't help you much.

To those concerned with engine longevity the remap won't affect it. These V6 and V8 are not high revving finely tuned race engines. They're fat lazy torquey lumps and a new flash just makes them a bit easier to live with.

Often (but not always) the type of person seeking a remap or plug-in upgrade, is also the type of person to make frequent use of it. And, which would you rather purchase, an original vehicle, or a remapped one? Whistle

Jusy sayin’.

Often the kind of person who stereotypes has run out of fact and is, in reality, simply voicing their own fears.

Just sayin' Mr. Green

@Jase71, exactly.

@Memzy88, my you’re a brave fellow, I must say! Bow down
Most of us with TDV6’s have long ago fallen victim to “crankshaft paranoia” thus would never risk such a stress-increaser, whether that be to the engine or the owner! Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Sorry, must go, need to do my weekly oil change…………

Haha i always try to keep positive Gremlin Laughing I have to say the mighty TVD6 runs much sweeter after the remap. It also proved to be the most reliable car ever had.

Seems like i am lucky with these badly designed "unreliable" cars. They say the similar things for Astons too but again never really had serious issues. My previous Mercs BMWs which meant to be reliable and pinnacle of engineering spent weeks and weeks at main dealers multiple times 2017 Range Rover SDV6 AB
