Did you leave a door open and wore the battery down... maybe worth charging overnight.... Pete

Good shout, this L322 is new to me (bought it off another forum member and loving it so far!) so I'm not sure how good/bad the battery is. The car was unlocked with key in for a few hours today during/after the work but not with doors open.

The battery is low. It's as simple as that. 2012 (L322) 4.4TDV8 Vogue SE, RSE, Fuji White over Arabica.

Could also be the brake switch - be sure to press very hard on the brake pedal to start it. This happened to me after I changed the rear disks and pads recently. Brake pedal went from very soft to very hard and I couldn't start the car. Pressed the brake pedal much more firmly (standing on it) and hey presto! I’ve got a leak on my servo and have to press the brake very hard after leaving it a few days for the starter to work but agree with others this may simply be a drained battery. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Sometimes after brake work you have to press *REALLY* hard on the pedal to get it to start.
