It sounds like your Rotary Gear Selector is on the way out - one of my previous RR did this and I Ignored the intermittent fault - trust me it will fail permanently and in the most inconvenient location.

It’s unreal really that they make such parts like this a nightmare to get to and change I seen a video online for an Evoke and the centre console just pulled upwards to gain access why the f@@@ didn’t they implement the same process for the L405!! Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 SDV8 SVO Stying Pack

Using the RGS in the L405 over a stick is a travesty. What were they thinking. |

Can a stick be retrofitted maybe ? Like the rr sport. ? Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where,s the f**king ceiling!!
