OE disks are not too expensive if you shop around ( they are made by Brembo). OE pads are not such a good deal so take your pick from one of the major brands. Be aware that the rear callipers are prone to seizure of the piston in the bore so may need replacing and the front callipers are alloy which often results in the seizure of the pins and bleed nipples from galvanic corrosion which can turn a simple job into something very serious and expensive. Plenty of info on here and on youtube eg

Not Meyle or was it Delphi?? Need to check. They warped and caused wheel wobble on braking. Now on Borg and Beck. Much better I get 99% of my parts from site sponsor Advanced Factors with the forum code "AF4LRP" https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/brake-parts-51-c.asp I got their front kit with pads and discs https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/kit234b-...4904-p.asp Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory" 2025MY Defender D350 90 in Silicon Silver on coils 1974 Series 3 Lightweight = "Millie" Many, many other Landies over the years My preferred specialist: www.glenrands.co.uk -------------------------------------------------- |

Just replaced my rear calipers as they looked very old, rusty and grotty. https://www.advancedfactors.co.uk/rear-bra...-175-c.asp #preventative_maintenance is my mantra Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory" 2025MY Defender D350 90 in Silicon Silver on coils 1974 Series 3 Lightweight = "Millie" Many, many other Landies over the years My preferred specialist: www.glenrands.co.uk -------------------------------------------------- |

If you keep an eye on AutoDoc, the OEM TRW calipers are often on offer at c.£80 each. I too have replaced both my rear calipers by way of precaution. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8 |

Hardly any oils are fully synthetic and the ones that are are obvious from the price. For a diesel application you want good soot holding capacity and these low revving engines don't require the kind of high load /high rpm / high temp protection that fully synthetics's offer. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

The oil pressure in a crank / connecting rod journal is produced by rotating.

They also do oils for transfer box, diff, ZF6 and ZF8 gearboxes, brake and power steering fluid. Not sure if I’ve missed any but it’s all there on the website, all within specs. 👍 Andy

Offset by their customer service for me. I had some brake discs warp and they swapped them out for new ones (different brand) after 12 months. No quibbles. Not many places would do that. Plus we get a bit of discount and the calipers are TRW which are OEM Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory" 2025MY Defender D350 90 in Silicon Silver on coils 1974 Series 3 Lightweight = "Millie" Many, many other Landies over the years My preferred specialist: www.glenrands.co.uk -------------------------------------------------- |
