One problem solved another one started ? Dpf and P040D-00

Ok so my juddering when slowly pulling out of Junctions problem seems to be solved with a double flush of the transfer case.
I was 100 yards from home and a dpf amber light came on.
I'm Getting the following 2 Permanent codes pictured below

P040D-00
P2459-65

Where should I start ?
Cheers.

P040D I have covered on here. It means your temp sensor in the passenger side manifold is kaput! This can lead to overfueling and premature DPF filling sir… 👍

Thanks. Had a good search and read
A removal of the fuel filter then somehow try to reach the sensor down there looks fun.
I Wonder can a small hand fit down there or is it 3 socket extensions etc
One for next week.

Is there a special tool needed to refit that sensor?
Are you able to reach down without the multi extension socket pictured from a previous post
