Head Unit / Sat Nav Haze

The central screen in my 2011 TDV8 has an odd hazy effect around the edges of the screen. It doesn’t affect the functionality just looks like sh!t.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Not sure if these screens have a habit of ‘delaminating’?
