What is the make and spec of the battery? a cheap undersized battery could well be US after only 2 years and there's plenty to suggest it is the battery.
As others have said put a new battery on, it's easy and relatively cheap - For the extra cost I would fit an AGM even though it doesn't "need" it. No doubt others will disagree but I found putting an AGM battery on a 07 TDV8 solved all manner of seemingly random electrical niggles.

AFAIK AGM batteries need a suitable 'smart' charging system such as that found in the later cars and using them in cars designed to charge standard lead acid batteries can shorten their life. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

2006 on L322's were fitted with Lead/Calcium batteries which have charge requirements very similar to AGM & Enhanced Flooded types so it's perfectly acceptable to use them in place of a Pb/Ca battery.

#3 on this.

It’s the charging systems which are smart, Lead Acid batteries are all dumb generally, i.e do not have an onboard BMS. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” -where’s the fun in that?

Just to update this thread and not leave it open ended... I got the battery tested properly and it was shot, a new battery seems to have done the trick!
