Whilst removing the LPG from my L322 I've purchased a replacement EAS compressor in the metal tortoise shell to go where the LPG tank was.
Does anybody know: 1. Is the relay just a new relay the same as the LR one or is it uprated? 2. What is the ECU update? Is it something I can do with my IID tool if I purchase a firmware update from GAP? The relay change is 'standard', not just on LR stuff, it's basically to ensure there is no volt-drop in the supply to the compressor that may lead to early failure. As most compressors are / were changed due to some sort of problem, it makes sense to change the relay at the same time. It should just be a 4 pin 70A one. |

Okay - so I went for the P-3232 and ordered the IID Tool as it might come in handy more often
