Today i finished off changing my rear disc's and pads and a lick of paint. I asked on here a few months back if there should be a ring of corrosion round the rear disc's, and got told yer there should. Well after today i think this is very wrong. I've taken a few photos of my disc's and pads and the pad should break over the whole surface area not just a tiny bit. I'm amazed at how the breaks even worked considering the lack of breaking surface.

Yer their the BritPart ones. Tried to get them of the bay but the guy was a ****** and never got back to me. Ended up getting them from Island 4x4. For fron and rear disc's, ebc ultimante pads, wear sensors front and rear and a rear wiper came to £176 all in. Got to work this morning with some very hot breaks, so need to adjust the handbreak shoes as they must be dragging |

I would say they are a bit better but not face distorting! They are squeezing a bit but getting better. They flutter a bit but that's due to the grooves. |
