i see a lot of people use dental floss and then a light solvent to get rid of the leftover glue . you can buy a rubber wheel that you put on a drill to remove the glue which I have used got mine from powerful UK web site new vehicle purchase

i can remember spraying a citron bonnet for a customer years back now and putting on the double V badge upside down . he came back and said no paintwork is fine but you put the badge the wrong way round he left it as it was he said it looked better
