The 4 hoses identified in the picture develop splits and need to be replaced with ones that don't split, but first ensure that the clamps are tight.

They appear to be the later non splitting type. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

I think we reached a consensus
I have gotten my car back and said I would get a second opinion. (you all gave it to me !!!).
I'll inspect the intercooler hose for oil, again and regularly check my oil level.
and I won't forget to stay cool and enjoy my ride !
