I've had anxiety dreams about getting stuck in multi storey carparks

I feel your pain, I used to park there to go to Iberico / the Cock & Hoop quite a bit and it's a stressful experience.

I remember similar woes in Wolverhampton’’s 60’s made multi storeys. Made the city centre a no go as all the car parks were the same. Just not FFRR compatible. Just an extra reason to move elsewhere. |

As a child, I always thought the multi storey car parks at The Mander Centre in Wolverhampton were massive - our family’s VW “Bay Window” fitted easily. Many years later I had reason to visit Wolverhampton and went to park the Rangey in the same car park. Oh dear….. the ramps were as wide as the car, so scuffed wheels and tyres all round! |

Crept up to a height bar at the entrance to a car park in a Daihatsu Fourtrex a good few years ago. My mate looks out of passenger window and says- you're clear. Collect ticket then proceed to smash the first 2 fluorescent lights we encounter ! |
