Can leak off leaks cause manifold issues? P023D

Been replacing injectors, and the leak off / spill hose assembly. Had terrible trouble with clips not keeping the hose attached on injectors. Massive spills. Lost about 5 gallons… ok that points to a lot of spill, but they are all old injectors as I can’t yet afford all new, who could right now?!

Anyway, could this fuel have caused other issues? I’m getting P023D ‘MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE - turbocharger boost sensor A correlation”

Also, what is ‘A’ referring to? ICarsoft is non specific like that. 2007 VOGUE TDV8 3.6
