Australia 2012 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Bournville

My trip computer menu only provides selection of A, B or auto trip recording.

So I disconnected the battery and left it 24 hrs, reconnected and the display had changed to the date and total mileage on the dash. The silver button on the stock still didn’t change anything when either held in or pressed. I then used the steering wheel buttons to scroll to trip computer which allows trip a to be selected but then I can’t change back to
Date and total mileage or range, mpg etc. I think this has to be a stalk issue surely ?

Or a wiring issue...

Do you have any DTC's in the instrument pack? specifically B1A82-23

The button is connected to the IPK by a Yellow/Red wire, pin 1 on the switch, pin 6 in C0230 on the IPK. There is no information on what type of signal it is, If I were to hazard a guess, it'd be pulling down to ground.

Ok thanks bit advanced for me. But I have a thought that when it runs low on fuel and tells me how many miles left until empty I think it may go onto “ range” at that point. If I then put fuel in it it could remain on range rather than go back to “ trip A” worth a try anyway before a trip to the garage

If all you want to do is have the range displayed, use the setup menu on the infotainment screen to deselect everything else.

Have a look at p95-96 in the owners handbook, if you don't have one you can find it online

95-96 are climate control in my book. I have been though it today and can’t seem to see a section that says you can alter what you see on the dash from the infotainment to change it to range.

Just for morbid curiosity - and to help narrow things down a bit, what year is your L322?
