If the vehicle runs, I'd start by clearing all error codes and then checking to see what returns, confirming a fault.

I'd also start Googling the error codes and putting them into buckets of likely and unlikely. It might be easier to have an IID tool, however as eith any diagnostics, they normally give you the symptoms of a fault - it's then the job of the mechanic/yourself to put that picture together and determine the cause. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

As Gary says, clear all codes & start from scratch.
A dicky battery will ping loads of codes to start with, some codes will be related to other one’s so start with a clean sheet😁 2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!

Clear them.
Run around for a couple of days
Rescan.
Look up the codes in the Workshop Manual that is free to download from the Wiki page on here. Link at top right of each page. Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
