I thought that but all the headrests are there. All electric seats etc |

I also think it’s an additional headrest cushion, I seem to recall these were supplied with SV models |

Cant tell from picture but I have something similar, one goes over extended calf support with exec rear seats lower folding panel, I also have something very similar that goes over rear screens but i suspect from the picture its the calf cover if you have exec seats.
