Only thing I want to change immediately is the side vents, they are silver, and I’d like to go back to body colour. Any tips on where to source replacements, or do I get mine painted?

These parts are supplied unpainted so you'd need to paint anyways unless someone is breaking a fatty in the right colour, OR, someone might actually swap with you if they somehow prefer your look?
