That's what went into mine yesterday. They also do gearbox and transfer box oils

Mine DIY oil change with flush.
Old filter, cheap filter for flushing and original Mann.

Self-made vacuum extractor.

This is the oil color after flushing. I use 6l cheap 5W30, after engine flush use it as chainsaw oil.

went to the Opie website - entered my reg for the 4.4 TDV8, and I was presented with three choices, when you choose one of these you can enter a discount code FULLFATCHAT - as Opie are a site sponsor

https://www.opieoils.co.uk/service-packs-for-your-vehicle.aspx

ex vat pricing
the Petronas oil is a new one on me, but Opie say it has JLR manufacturer approval: Jaguar / Land Rover JLR.03.5005

but it seems really good value for money, and there is bound to be someone on here who advises against it Sad

Smith & Allen even cheaper, but in 20L size - ex vat at £62.21

As long as it's C1 take your pick. In these cars ( and most diesels) the main issue with needing to change the oil is the soot load so I buy the cheapest C1 and change every 5-7k miles. Higher spec and £ oils are generally for high performance engines where they are subject to high loads so unless you are towing or doing a lot of offroading you and don't need them IMO. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
