get a drop test done on the battery..it could be loosing its charge.. ... - .- -.

RE infotainment system no power, I understand that this a neighbours vehicle, do you know if the problem has been resolved.

Apparently common issue if you do not wait 30 mins after disconnecting battery to do reset. Also have been told to wait similar time after reset. |

Nearly forgot, was also told to let car completely shutdown before disconnecting battery, 20 mins approx |
