Could anyone advise me on whether the Cool Box on/off switch in the L405, should be illuminated when switched on? It looks like it should be, but it never has?

Should light up green when on.

Mine lights up blue leds, in fact it has 2 leds, 1 push 1 light and 2 pushes 2 lites guess its cooler and more cooler lol you need to switch it on every time you start the car. 2018 SE SDV8 4.4 Byron Blue

Mine never has Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc

Mines a slightly older model 405 but the little green light on the on/off button does light up when switched on. Ash

Mines old as well, also has the green light on the switch. It works (switch and green light) the cooler does not  Geoff

Thanks for the up-date. Further investigations required!!

I should point out that the green 'light' is very VERY dim. I had to cup my hands round it to be totally sure if was on...

there's the one with black internals and the snowflake button that has 2 blue LEDs......then there is the one with the white internals and have the flip switch that lights up green when on. No one knows which is which yet ppl love to say what they "think it is/have" 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC

The build sheet for mine says it has the optional fridge and it’s very cold….more like a fridge than a cooler….

except others will chime in on their build sheet and say they have the optional fridge and its the opposite color. There has been no definitive answer from LR in any of the threads. Its a comical subject 2014 FF Autobiography 5.0 SC
