hasn't the range got an anti trap feature on the windows?

I believe it has....wife had dogs in the car whilst she popped into a cafe with a mate...and so tried to trap those thingywhatsits in the window which let air pass in but stop someone putting their hands in.

She worked it out eventually...but apparenrly it took 25 mins Smile

Nope my mistake. Hold unlock for two seconds and release to open all. Hold lock for two seconds and release for close.
