They have an all aluminium body, so shouldn’t rust on the outside.

That’s always been the issue with Scottish RR’s though… Because they salt the roads for a much longer period…

My experience with 322 and 405 in Scotland has been that my 2004 322 was pretty good for corrosion, after nine years there was hardly any other than brake lines. It was waxoyled underneath from new though. My 2012 322 was strikingly poor, with corrosion on the rear wheel arches having to be treated every year from year two/three, a new upper tailgate, various window trims replaced, wheels replaced, brake lines needing treated from year three, all due to corrosion. It was really disappointing.

I agree Craig….. The bodywork on my 2003 L322 was better than the 2011 4.4tdv8 I replaced it with from day 1, but I got the 2011 treated with Dinitrol as soon as I got it and 8 years later it still gets glowing comments how good it is come MOT time.
