Whats the difference between them?? I cant seem to find out anywhere................TT

As I understand it the SE is to a standard spec with a few options available to add

Autobiography is totally customable, you can add, and subtract almost anything... they tend to be better spec than an SE but it depends what the first owner wanted...

My 5.0 SC Autobiography (L322) had loads of extras, far more than an SE but it didn't have a venture cam as the original owner didn't want one....!! Pete

Can be tough - they are basically kind of options packages and most things can be spec'd individually, so any given car may have more than you might think.

IIRC the AB has more adjustable & massage front seats. More leather bits of trim. Maybe a bit of extended wood. Probably park heat as standard. Not sure whether the AB had a leather headlining ?

Really its a case of figuring out which options you want & ensuring any car you find has them.

For my wife, cooled front seats was a requirement, for me, a minimum of 825w music system - so my search was VSE or AB - though both were possible on a Vogue, it was just easier to search that way.

I think they are both customisable, the basic difference was the standard trim in an Autobiography, this has full leather dash, full leather door cards, full leather roof lining etc where as the Vogue spec has part leather dash, door cards and I don't think it came with a leather roof lining.

There may have been some other minor things as standard on the Autobiography but most items were options on both cars.

I'm sure there will be a list somewhere in a 2013 sales brochure - but most things could be spec'd at a cost if the original owner wanted them - so it will just show the base accessory level for the model.

If you're buying used, then there are so many other factors to consider - interior & exterior colour, tow bar, steps, wheels etc and that's before mileage, condition, history etc.

There are definite differences to the UK though, for example the 1700w audio was an option here on all models & 825w standard on VSE & AB - looks like the US had 1700w standard on the AB
