I did exactly this mistake on my old 2002. I got 2010 heated seats and couldn't fit them at the front. I eventually settled on a compromise, and used a set of supercharged front from a 2005/6 model, which fitted perfectly. but they were only heated.... I didn't bother trying to make the rear screens to work. I got the front seats for £150 online, delivered. the plugs are same, and holes etc. direct fit. but the later ones. (I don't know when they changed) are completely different. I sold the 2010 fronts to a guy to fit in a camper van. |

Hi John , thanks for your reply… I’m sort of set on keeping the seats as they all match everything beautifully, the inside really looks amazing now, I was thinking of hopefully changing or modifying the brackets and finding some way of rewiring them if possible |

Maybe you can can canabilise both sets and make a set work. The later seats have more airbags, you need them to work properly for the dash SRS light to go out.. after that, it’s just tracing out the controls etc. I’m sure someone done, it…. Possibly on here?

Yes I was thinking just leave the airbags in the seat disconnected, the others are still connected so no lights on, only really need the seat to move, the rear seats work so I’m sure there is a way to get the front working, I’m thinking new brackets are going to have to be made for the floor so the new seats can be bolted down,

He might reply here if he sees it. You need at least 10 posts before you can send a Private Message I think.
