I doubt whatever you do the end result will either not work or fail shortly after. I’d be inclined to bit the bullet and buy a new seal. |

How about a bicycle puncture repair kit, should do the job.

I used something like this on some very flexible shoe soles, black and quite flexible, not too expensive if the current repair doesn't hold

use black pu sealer like tiger seal pump some in the hole and let it come out leave it dry till next day and then cut of surplus and shape it new vehicle purchase
