At least we know the Ukraine and other supply issues do not effect the specialist dealer or the person who wants to make a quick £20/30k. Only effecting the cars that people have ordered that are loyal Range Rover fans 😂😂

I understand some of your frustrations but a few things here really. Landrover will blacklist dealers and privates who have bought for themselves and then sold straight away so there is consequences to being a reseller.

The 'do not sell' clauses are anti-competitive and cannot be enforced. However as stated above, JLR come down heavy on this kind of activity and will penalise dealers for not conducting proper due diligence and ensure the owner finds it very difficult to find their way into another JLR product. The systems they use are very sophisticated and the parties involved are taking a very short term view. |

But in 3 years time when they are overproducing and parking un registered cars on airfields you will still get the discount everyone else is offered.

As I have said before, I don't really see a problem here. If someone wants to sell something that they have bought and someone else is willing to pay a premium what is the issue? The only way this would not be right is if a JLR dealer or someone working at the dealer was getting a kickback from the profit on the sale. |

Looking at this months update from landrover on lead times anyone wanting to order any spec is going to wait over a year, I think it’s safe to say anyone receiving their car inside the next 6-12 months can enjoy depreciation free motoring for quite some time.
