Ireland 2012 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Fuji White
oil in the intercooler

i have a lot of oil in the intercooler my mechanic says its the turbo seals but another person said its not its too much presure in the engine....... please can anyone help

How are you measuring the oil quantity - have you removed the IC and drained it?
Do you have high oil consumption? All turbo cars push some oil through the IC btw. High positive crankcase pressure due to blocked breather can force more oil from the turbo seals as the oil drain gets pressurised but never heard of this on these engines. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

i dont have high oil consumption, so is there a drain on each of the turbos

when you say blocked breather, where is that on the engine?

Each turbo has an oil drain to the sump. No idea what the PCV system looks like on these engines. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
