For me, I didn't buy The Cullinan for it's looks (which are definitely subjective), I bought it because I believed it would be better than a Range Rover by a significant margin - Truth is, it wasn't - It was actually just a bit dull.

But, did you have the starry headlining and call everyone Guv’na when you picked them up in it 😂👍 |

Yeah, I don’t think Land Rover will be able to compete on “badge” terms. Suppose it’s like when Ford built the GT40…. It might have beat Ferrari at Le Mans…. But it’s got the wrong badge, so would have to be considerably better to be considered equal….

100% mjdronfield........ A Land Rover / Range Rover is classless and timeless.

I would have actually really liked the starry headliner, but would have never sat in the back, so didn't spec it. As for the Guv'na bit, yes of course - You've got too Joking aside though, it's one of those things you think you want, but then when it arrives, sadly you discover it's not all that! Did less than 200 miles in it. |

I didn’t get on with the Rolls Royce at all when I had one on extended demo. It was beautiful to drive and fabulously comfortable but has a serious image problem IMHO. As if a Range Rover isn’t bad enough in some applications! |

I have once behaved like this here and was rightly admonished and I apologised, this is not the Piston Heads Lounge and I tried to make my response to you courteous. One of the things I particularly enjoy about this Forum is like the cars themselves we are above such things. letters not necessarily in the right order |

In all honesty the RR is most probably one of the automobiles on most kids wish list! At least on mine since seeing the first one in the '70. Since then, they only got better. RR HSE TDV8 4.4 2012
