Voltage at the the rear loadspace fuse box

All,

Question for you, I have a Redarc manager 30 BMS hooked up on my dual battery system, I have tapped into the live feed from the battery to the rear fuse board, the BMS only sees 10.V when the vehicle is turned off, and only 11.5V when the vehicle is running.

For the life of me it makes no sense why the BMS shows a reduced voltage to that board. I have put a volt metre on the terminal, 12.4v, battery voltage, and 14.4v when the vehicle is on.

the BMS requires a IGN trigger, and I have piggy backed a fuse into the trailer fuse at the back, should my piggy back fuse be 15 amps, same as the fuse in the board, I have 5 amp in there now, just as a test. But surely, that would still trigger 12V on ignition.

All other charging inputs work fine, Solar and shore power etc, even my portable power bank charges the house battery fine.

Would a bad earth somewhere in my connections cause this?

Thoughts please, perplexed. Check out my YouTube channel

If I follow what you are saying correctly;

I have tapped into the live feed from the battery to the rear fuse board, the BMS only sees 10.V when the vehicle is turned off, and only 11.5V when the vehicle is running.
For the life of me it makes no sense why the BMS shows a reduced voltage to that board. I have put a volt metre on the terminal, 12.4v, battery voltage, and 14.4v when the vehicle is on

Then it would suggest the unit is faulty? 2010 3.6 TDV8
