As I do have a ramp I do not use a jack that often, but car can sure be lifted under the airspring under the A-arm. I do this all the time when car is in the ramp when I lower it down on the axle stand, and when in need I support it onder the jacking point. Although I don't know if you can jack up that high with just a jack (surely you won't get the Sprinter bottle jack under it), so you'll need a (low) hydraulic floor jack with appropiate lift capacity (>1500 kg) and lifting height.

I always jack the rear under the air spring albeit with a trolley jack. Never had a problem. I also place an axle stand under the rearmost jacking point with a lump of timber between the jacking point and the head of the axle stand. |

Made up a couple of spigots for the top of my axle stands to match those on the sprinter jack so I can transfer the jacking point adapters I made to the axle stands to support the rear on the jacking points when I lift via the A arms under the air spring.
