Evening Gents,

Does anyone know what size or even have a part number for the washers that go on the banjos on the brake flexi pipes?

I’m rebuilding my calipers at the moment and wanted to replace the washers but it from what I can see the banjos aren’t available separately from the flexi hoses and the washers don’t seem to be listed either.

Primarily need the front ones that go into the Brembo calipers but the rears wouldn’t go a miss either.

Don't know which sizes you need,could well be different from my Td6....But... the easy answer, is to buy one of the copper washer kits as in the example..... (link below) kits are cheap and then you always have plenty of spares on hand. Use these kits at work for numerous systems and high pressures.

Only tip to add is that if the copper washers seem to be hard / inflexible, then anneal them before fitting, then they are effectively self sealing.

Alternatively.............If you have the 'Dowty seal' type washers (hydraulic seals) then the below kit should see you right
