Fishing out the bulkhead

Hi all I was looking at the wires that are damaged (separate thread) going through the bull head and I dropped accidentally a spanner down the bulkhead. Is it completely sealed or is it accessible from somewhere?[/i] Current stable:

Or a telescopic extendable rod (like an old-style car aerial) with a magnet at the end.
